Right to return your order

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason — even though each item is printed specifically for you. This applies worldwide, for every customer.

To use this right, email us at info@vizvoice.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Return the item to us within 14 days of that notice, unworn and in its original condition. Return shipping is paid by you. We'll refund what you paid, including standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the item back.

This right does not apply to items that are genuinely personalized to your own specifications (e.g. custom text or images you provided).

Defects, misprints, or shipping damage

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, a misprint, the wrong product, or damage in transit, we'll make it right — free of charge. Send us a photo and your order number within 30 days of delivery, and we'll ship a free replacement or issue a full refund, no questions asked.

This 30-day window is a fast, convenient option — it does not limit your statutory legal guarantee. As an EU consumer, you remain entitled to remedies for goods that don't conform to what was agreed, for up to 2 years after delivery, under the consumer protection law that applies to you.
