Shipping policy

Every VizVoice item is printed on demand — made just for you, the moment you order.

Because of that, your order goes through two stages: production and shipping. Below you'll find what to expect for each.

PRODUCTION TIME
All items are printed to order by our production partner, at the facility closest to you (United States, Europe or elsewhere). Production takes 2–5 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves the facility.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
After production, estimated shipping times are:

  • United States & Canada: 7–12 business days
  • Europe (incl. Netherlands & UK): 12–21 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand, Japan & rest of world: typically 10–21 business days, depending on destination and customs handling

These are estimates, not guarantees — carriers and customs can occasionally cause delays, especially around holidays. Ordering a gift for a specific date? We recommend ordering at least 10 days before you need it.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping is calculated at checkout in your local currency. Our standard rates (in EUR):

  • Netherlands, EU & United Kingdom: €4.50 — free on orders over €50
  • United States: €5.49 — free on orders over €50
  • Canada: €9.49
  • Australia & New Zealand: €7.99
  • Japan: €5.49
  • Norway, Iceland, Switzerland & Liechtenstein: €10.99
  • Rest of world: €12.95

WHERE WE SHIP FROM
We print regionally: orders for the US are typically printed in the US, and European orders within Europe. This keeps shipping distances short, delivery faster, and our footprint smaller. Most orders therefore do not cross a customs border.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
For destinations where an order does cross a customs border, import duties or taxes may be charged by your local authorities. These charges are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the customer.

ORDER CHANGES & ADDRESS ERRORS
Since production starts quickly after you order, contact us as soon as possible at info@vizvoice.com if you need to change your shipping address. Once an order has been produced and shipped, we can no longer redirect it. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout may require a reshipping fee.

LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your tracking hasn't updated for a long time, or your order hasn't arrived well after the estimated delivery window, email us at info@vizvoice.com with your order number. If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, or arrives damaged, we'll send a free replacement or refund you — see our Refund Policy for details.
